DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes, we offer e-gift cards. We do not offer physical cards. Upon purchase, the e-gift card will be sent to the email listed. Gift Cards don't expire.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also offer pay in 4 options.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We understand not all online purchases work out. We’ll be glad to accept your return. If the return reason is outside of error caused on the behalf of Cosmic Star & Co. return shipping will be paid by the customer. A refund will be processed one item is received. All returned items must be in the original, or new condition. If for any reason these conditions are not met, partial or no refund will be processed.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

The most anxious time after clicking “place order” is waiting for your package to be delivered. We understand the urgency to ship all orders promptly. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 days. Please allow up to 24 hours after a package has been assigned a tracking number for updates. If your package was marked as shipped & no tracking updates are available after 48 hours, please contact us. 

Cosmic Star & Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced packages.

Emails are sent when an order is shipped, out for delivery, and marked as delivered by the carrier.

With the provided information, a best practice is to arrange to pick the package up at a local station, if you will not be home on the date of delivery.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We understand sometimes an order may need to be cancelled. With fulfillment and shipping deadlines, orders can move quickly through this process. 

Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled within 1 hour by emailing contact@shopcsandco.com

Please include the order number, name, and billing address.

After 1 hour, you may request to cancel. If the order has already been shipped, once it is received, you may return it for a refund. 

*Please note a return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
